Meet Our Team

Julie

• Julie joined the team in February of 2023 as a Service Advisor. She has been a Service Advisor since the year 2000, bringing many years of experience to our team. Julie moved to southern Wisconsin in 2021 to spend more time with her grandchildren. In her spare time, she loves to ride her horse Harley, as well as enjoy other outdoor activities, including hiking, kayaking and bike riding.

Sara

• Sara joined the team in May of 2023 as a Service Advisor. She loves the weekly home cooked meals by Kristi and the family environment. In her spare time, Sara loves to spend her time outdoors as well as spend time with her Husband and their two children.

Hannah

• Hannah joined our team in May of 2023 as a Parts Specialist. In her spare time, she enjoys doing a multitude of things from baking and cooking, being outdoors, hunting and fishing, and shopping.

Ryan

• Ryan has been with Marc's since October of 2003 and has become a staple in our shop. He has been an Automotive Technician over the many years of dedication to our company. He started at Marc's Garage right after earning his Automotive Degree from MATC. He specializes in troubleshooting issues with both domestic and import cars and trucks. In his free time, you can find him camping, hunting, playing around his house, and four-wheeling. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, Jessica and four kids, Ayden, Alivia, Hayley, and Ella .

Paul

• Paul started with us as an Automotive Technician back in the original location of our shop in the barn at Marc's parents house and returned with us in September 2017 again as an Automotive Technician. Paul also comes to us as an extremely knowledgeable handyman which we often put those skills to work! Paul is married to Nel and they have two kids, Tyler and Parker. In his free time, Paul can be found at their seasonal campsite, at the race track, or somewhere helping others.

Mike

• Mike joined the team in January of 2024 as an Automotive Technician. Mike has over 17 years of experience working with or on cars. He enjoys spending time with his wife and their son. In his spare time, you can find him working on his race car or racing at the Jefferson Speedway.

Jason

• Jason has been with our team since August of 2015, as an Automotive Technician. If he was not an auto technician, he would love to be a doctor because he enjoys helping people which also makes him a great addition to our team. This is what he enjoys most about working here. Outside of work, Jason spends many weekends at the race track as "The Thomanator" or working on his car, #6! Jason likes to do puzzles which ties in well with work because he thinks of cars as big puzzles. He also enjoys spending time with his three children, Marcus, Matthew, and Megan. Jason loves to go camping/traveling on his off weekends.

Jonathan.

• Jonathan has been with us since October 2020 starting out as our shop clean up man. He quickly learned that he wanted to work on his cars which brought him to attend school at MATC, where he will earn his automotive degree this December. Jonathan was born and raised here in Cambridge. When he is not at the shop he enjoys being outdoors.

Matthew.

• Matthew joined us in September 2022 as he was beginning his studies at MATC. He graduated from MATC as an Automotive Technician in May of 2024. Matthew was born and raised here in Cambridge. When he is not working he enjoys being outdoors.

Kristi

• Kristi is behind the scenes at Marc's Garage handling books and paperwork. She tries to keep everyone on their toes but that's not an easy task for this crew! She is known to provide a lunch meal or two and provides birthday treats at the employee's choice of treat on their birthday. Kristi is married to Marc and together they have three children, Spencer, Jordyn, and Samantha. She enjoys strength training, swimming, camping, playing games, watching her kids at their favorite sporting events, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Marc

• Marc started Marc's Garage in November 1995. He earned his degree as an Automotive Technician at MATC and worked for a few years before deciding to branch out on his own. He was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to start a business in the barn at his parent's house. After 8 years at that location, he outgrew the barn that he was working in and branched to his current location. One day you might catch him working in the shop on cars, at the counter, towing, or working on the day to day operation duties, with his wife, Kristi. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their three kids, Spencer, Jordyn, and Samantha. You can often find him at one of his kids' activities such as softball, swimming, track, or basketball. He also enjoys golfing, camping, swimming, and simply spending time with family and friends.

Nelson

• You know you have a tow truck driver at heart when he is asked, "what would you be doing for work if you weren't doing what you were doing today". His response is, "a tow truck driver in Tahiti...I just want to tow something". Nelson comes to us as a Nationally Certified Towing Operator. He was nighted in IRAQ and was a Recovery Specialist for the Army. He has also towed vehicles in 5 countries and 13 states. If you can trust anyone to tow, you can certainly trust Nelson! He calls himself Mater for fun! He knows how to play the violin and wants to learn to play the Banjo! He lives with his wife Whitney in Jefferson with their son, Chip and daughter, Nora. In his free time, he enjoys racing cars, spending time with his family, and watching the Georgia Bulldogs Football.

Josh

• Otherwise known as "Sharpee", Josh can be found all over the shop. He is primarily in the tow truck these days but can also be found doing maintenance type around the shop, fixing the tow trucks, and many other handyman type things. Josh and his wife, Meghan, live in Stoughton with their pup, Hope! In his free time, Sharpee likes to golf, 4-wheel, fix things, and spend time with friends and family.
