First time customer, for an oil change. Requested no synthetic oils and was told this would be done. Asked for a morning appt., but would need my car by 11:00 - was told if you bring car in by 8:00, it would be ready by 10:00. Dropped my car off the next morning at 8:00, and asked if a running light bulb could be replaced also - was told this wold be done. At 10:40, I called to find out why I did not get a call about my car being done - was told it was not ready, but would be by 11:00. I arrived at 11:00 to pick up my car, and did not get my car and leave until 11:15. Turns out they put a synthetic blend of oil in my car (specifically requested no synthetics) and charged me $15 more for the oil change than my previous oil change at the dealership. And this should be noted - they told me there was not enough time for changing the bulb on the running light, even though the car was there for an hour longer than it was supposed to be there. Definitely not a good first impression, and one I would definitely not recommend. . . . .
